One of our friends recently returned from a trip to Xiamen, China. They went to a factory which produces hard drive caddies/cages. Obviously before purchasing, they asked on the guys to test the caddy/cage out with a hammer !!

Not bad, the caddy/cage look very solid. Actually I wouldn't mind getting one myself. You see, NOT all things made in China are that bad. 90% of the components in the system that you're using are probably all made in China.
