A Closer Look
The packaging is pretty much the same with most Asus graphics cards. You get that usual CD wallet (only Asus gives you that), drivers on CD and a DX10 game ... the Company of Heroes. There's also a VGA-to-DVI converter, DVI-to-HDMI converter, s-video cable, 6-pin power cable and a Crossfire ribbon cable, which all comes in handy.
Installation
Installation is easy ... just like installing any PCIe graphics card. The card itself uses a single PCIe slot, which is great. I have a dislike of graphics card that take up 2 slots. I think it's such a waste. Once fully inserted and secured, all you have to remember to do, is to plug in that 6-pin PCIe power cable.
We'll be installing this card on our test rig, which uses an Abit IX38 QuadGT Deluxe motherboard, Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 processor and OCZ DDR2-1066 2Gb Kit.

Driver installation was very simple ... no further comment here. In our benchmark tests, we used the ATI's Catalyst drivers version 7.12, which supports Windows Vista 32-bit.
