Introduction

MSI NX7950GX2

Introduction

Another Nvidia reference 7950GX2 GPU graphics card supplied through MSI, but will it make any difference in performance?

MSI being another big name consumer electronics manufacturer is catching up to Asus' domination of the market, they too are producing MP3 players, pen drives, TV adaptors, web cams, notebooks and many more other gadgetary.

A few years ago Winston put together an MSI barebones MEGA PC, the reliability was near zero because the design was not thought out properly, the machine just kept on over-heating. This was probably one of MSI's early adventures on diversifing into other areas of consumer electronics, and usually when businesses diversify their main focus sometimes wavers.

MSI

In this weeks review we have the MSI NX7950GX2, as mentioned earlier, it is based on the NIVIDA 7950GX2 reference board (as is most are anyway), but are there any factors which may be different in order to increase/decrease performance?
