Installation and Package

Package and Contents

This package comes with the usual drivers and manual on CD, but this time no games. There's a useful CD wallet, DVI-to-VGA converter, s-video out to HDTV cable and of course the additional extra 6-pin power cable which is needed for the card.

Installation

Installation was easy with no problems at all. The card itself is a single slot profile just like the Asus EN8600GTS, which means that it doesn't take up to 2 PCI slot space. No bulky HSF, just a nice and slim one that does the job.

Driver installation was very simple too since it uses NVIDIA unified drivers... no further comment here. In our benchmark tests, we used ForceWare drivers v158.22.
