Before this review Coolmax was not a familiar name to me in the landscape that is the computer power supply market. However, after first glance, several features do stand out. The unit is completely modular, even the CPU and Board power connections disconnect.

The entire unit is color coded, which aids in selecting the right connections while working within a cramped computer case. The unit incorporates on large 140mm cooling fan that is near silent in operation. Factor in four 12V rails, extremely high efficiency, gold plated terminals and almost completely sleeved cables in nylon mesh, this is one stacked unit feature wise.
