"PC tower cases and chassis are an essential part of any gaming system. Coolermaster has come up with the HAF-932 ... designed with cooling in mind. It features a high air flow system with plenty of mesh grills."
After a very successful launch of the Cosmos S last year, Coolermaster needed to produce a new gaming chassis for this year. Following the footsteps of the Cosmos S will be a difficult one, especially after all the success its achieved. Still, there's plenty of room to manouver, because for most gamers ... price and features are also a very big deciding factors.
Having a chassis that allows a system of good air-flow and cooling are important for any gaming rig. And for this reason, we will see a lot of new gaming chassis over the coming months with plenty of features for extra cooling.

In this review, we'll be taking a look at the Coolermaster HAF-932 Full Tower Chassis (Black). It's a full tower ATX chassis constructed of high quality steel, but weighs quite a bit at 13.2Kg. It's only available in black at the moment ... but I'm sure many modders will customise it to whatever tickles their fancy.
Right from the start, we see that the HAF-932 is built with cooling in mind, with the build quality looking very good. All round the chassis, the HAF-932 has mesh grills all over, including the 5.25" bay covers. This will provide excellent air-flow right through the system ... this is helped by 3 x 230mm fans @ 700rpm!! One at the front, one on the side and one at the top of the chassis. There's also another 140mm exhaust fan near the rear ATX I/O panel.

At the rear there are 2 ready cut holes for watercooling, and at the top ... there's room to mount a 3x120mm radiator. But that's not it. On the top of the HAF-932, you'll also find a square rubber sheet/flap ... this covers what appears to be a whole. This whole is basically a fill port, for topping up your resevoir with coolant ... that's if you have a watercooling in place.
For expansion the HAF-932 has upto 6 x 5.25" and 5 x 3.5" bay drives, and for connectivity, there's a full set of I/O connectors on the top/front of the chassis. These include 4 x USB, 1 x firewire,1 x eSATA, 1 xMic-In and 1 xAudio out. There's also a small window on the side for all you gamers who love to show off their hardware. And finally, to top it all off ... the HAF-932 comes with wheels! ... Yes, lockable wheels that you can mount onto the bottom.

So far the HAF-932 looks to be a pretty decent full tower chassis that could appeal to both gamers and enthusiasts. It has the features and it has the cooling ... the only thing now is price. The Cosmos lacked the cooling, the Cosmos S had the extra cooling, but it was a bit pricey ... can the HAF-932 be the answer ?
OK, let's not waste any more time an take a closer look at the Coolermaster HAF-932 Full Tower Chassis.
